- 2 Shuttles, 2 Satellites and 6 Astronauts are on the board. Each one still intact at the end adds 1,000 points; hitting one loses that bonus.
- There are 25 Alien Ships on the board. Every one must be destroyed before the meteor enters the wormhole, or the attempt is lost.
- 1 of the 64 squares is a hole; a meteor that falls into one loses the attempt. 27 open squares are free for your pieces.
- The flight follows the same rules every time, so the same pieces in the same places always give the same result.
